Terms of Service

You may browse and reference this site for lawful purposes. The content, design, and code are the property of the studio and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Any project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work or master services agreement — which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

Estimates and proposals are not binding until accepted in writing by both parties.

Ownership of work product is defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Absent that, deliverables remain the property of the studio until paid for in full.

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
